Dictio is a boutique law firm in Ukraine, it provides a full range of legal services to the clients in the real estate and construction, investments, disputes resolution.
The company was founded in 2019 by an attorney and mediator Mrs Olena Shtohryn who takes advantage of her vast experience in civil service, the experience of a corporate lawyer with a developer company and an outsіde legal counsellor within a leading law firm. The company’s lawyers mastered a wide range of legal instruments from ‘aggressive’ ones, e.g., lawsuits, to mediation and negotiation techniques.
The client portfolio includes companies specializing in the preparation, comprehensive implementation and maintenance of investment projects, facilities in the fields of energy, industry, construction, developers, implementing a variety of projects in the fields of residential and commercial construction.
Dictio is affiliated with international law firm Miller Canfield. We joined forces in preparation for the challenges and opportunities created by the Ukrainian government’s United24 Recovery initiative. In that respect, primary areas of the cooperation of the affiliated firms in the immediate future are reconstruction/construction of real estate focusing on residential, industrial and healthcare facilities as well as reconstruction of the destroyed technical infrastructure (roads, bridges, utilities).
