Serhii is a graduate of the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine and has a background in the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and leading law firms.

Serhii Shtohryn has got a 13-year experience in the law and specializes in the pre-trial and litigation settlement of disputes, legal advising to enforcement proceedings, holding of forensic audits, counselling on the white-collar crime cases, debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Admitted to the Bar since 2011 (Kyiv Bar Association).

In 2019, he obtained the License of Insolvency Practitioner.

Outstanding cases of Serhii:

• Re-establishment, through legal proceedings, of the client in their possessions of a Ukrainian manufacturing enterprise, the largest in the Eastern Europe;
• Legal defence of interests of a leading insurance company in litigation against the MTIBU (Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine);
• Pre-trial settlement of dispute between French and Ukrainian agroholdings regarding the seed storing;
• Detection of schemes and confirmation of facts of funds siphoning by officials at 5 banks declared insolvent, for over UAH 2.3 billion in total, development of strategies for the protection of violated rights.
