Olena started her career at the State Property Fund of Ukraine where she gained expertise in privatization and management of state-owned property, defended the interests of the state in courts including the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
Since 2008 she worked in one of Kyiv’s leading development holdings; provided legal counselling to the construction and management of projects: H-Tower, Riviera Riverside, Ambassador House, etc.
In November 2011, she joined the legal team of one of the top law firms, a market leader in the agriculture and land law. Olena Shtohryn lead the Real Estate and Construction practice, and later joined the company's partners. In 2013 she made it to the TOP-10 of most promising young lawyers according to the 100 Best Lawyers of 2012/2013 – Client's Choice. Over this period of time, she had dozens of successful cases in real estate, construction, investment, defended Clients, both legal entities and individuals, in court and negotiation.
Olena Shtogryn is a regular participant in seminars, forums, conferences, professional development training for lawyers (certificates: "Land Relations in Ukraine", "Construction", participated in the All-Ukrainian School of Real Estate and Construction under the Ukrainian Lawyer Association as an expert, course Negotiations in Active Sales", etc.).
Also, Olena has got a Mediator Certificate of the Ukrainian Mediation Center (KMBS) and is on the list of Collaborative Lawyers.
